Our Capabilities
Custom Gaskets & Foam Products
Using our Water-Jets we can produce Custom Gaskets and Custom Foam up to 8 inches thick. While using Water-Jets you will not need to purchase a die and we will never charge a design or setup charge.
Water Jet Cutting
Water jet cutting is a manufacturing process that uses high-pressure water streams, often mixed with abrasive particles, to cut through a variety of materials with exceptional precision and speed, without creating heat-affected zones or mechanical stresses.
Injection Molding
Our current equipment at MAR allows us to manufacture LSR(Liquid Silicone Rubber), Plastic injection parts and overmold cable assemblies.
CNC Machining & Custom Metal Fabrication
At MAR we can machine and fabricate for the customers needs from all metals and plastics using our in house CNC Mills, Water-Jets, Laser and Tube Laser.
Laser Tube Cutting
MAR offers both Laser and Tube cutting services using our 12,000KW 5’x10′ cutting table. Our Tube cutter allows us to handle projects up to 20′ and 9inch diameter square, round, C, or L shape tubing.
Cable Assemblies
MAR’s in house Cable Assembly Department allows us to design or produce cables for our customers using the highest quality connector suppliers. Our current customers ranges from various industries such as military, aerospace and medical companies.
